The President

signs legislation to renew a ban on imports from Myanmar and a bill to boost the U.S. commitment to the global fight against AIDS and other major diseases; visits Lincoln Electric Co. in Cleveland before attending a GOP fundraising reception in Gates Mills, Ohio.

In Washington,
